BRANDING DESIGN
OVERVIEW
A new local business owner, Karla Kahvi, is getting ready to open a coffee shop and needs a suite of branding designs. The designs need to fit the products and resonate with the local neighbourhood. The branding needs to help The Coffee Club stand out from the local competition and set the right tone to entice Karla’s new local customers.
This project began with defining the brand’s personality and vision before using key themes to create a suite of brand tools that Karla could use for store signage, printed materials and online presence before the grand opening.
THE RESULT
The style guide and its contents have brought Karla’s vision for a welcoming and cheerful coffee shop to life. The designs have incorporated the brand’s personality traits and created a consistent brand identity which will be recognisable and loved by her new customers.
I have produced a full style guide complete with colour codes for print and digital, a type scale with accessible fonts, vector logos and icons that can be scaled up or down, a selection of free-to-use images and three social media templates.
